We are NOT responsible for any trading losses, failed trades, copy trading outcomes, wallet-related losses, or any other financial losses you may incur while using or after using our Service. No refund, credit, or compensation of any kind will be issued for losses arising from your trading decisions, the performance of AI-generated analyses, copy trading activities, or any other use of the Service. You assume all financial risk associated with your trading and betting activities.
No refunds will be issued for any data loss, service interruptions, downtime, bugs, errors, or any other technical issues with the platform. We make no guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or continuous service availability. You agree that temporary or permanent loss of data, features, or access does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback claims and to pursue recovery of any resulting losses, including administrative fees, legal costs, and damages.
