Novig withdrawal time depends on which stage is still pending. A deposit may need to clear, a withdrawal may need review, and the receiving payment provider has its own delivery timeline. An account status showing that Novig processed the request does not by itself confirm that the money has arrived.
Checked October 6, 2026 against Novig's current withdrawal, manual-review and balance-breakdown help pages. This guide explains those published rules; it does not report a timed withdrawal test.
What timing does Novig publish?
| Stage | Published timing or condition | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Recent deposit clearing | Typically a few business days, depending on deposit method | Processing funds may not yet be withdrawable |
| Automatic withdrawal processing | Often within minutes when no review is needed and the queue is short | This is processing, not a universal arrival promise |
| Manual review | Typically within 24 hours; 24–48-hour delays are possible at high volume | Review happens before payment-provider processing |
| Payment-provider delivery | The provider's standard timeline | Check the chosen method and transaction status |
The manual-review guide distinguishes Novig's review from the provider's later processing. It also says support cannot expedite a review or guarantee completion. Treat the quoted windows as expectations, not deadlines that every request must meet.
Cash balance and available balance can differ
The balance-breakdown guide explains that recent deposits can remain in a separate Processing amount until they clear. Use the Withdraw screen's balance breakdown rather than treating total displayed cash as immediately available.
For an invented example, suppose the cash breakdown shows $250: $190 available for withdrawal and $60 processing. The account has $250 of cash, but the current withdrawable portion is $190. Waiting for the $60 deposit to clear is different from waiting for a submitted $190 withdrawal to reach a bank.
Read each status separately. A processing deposit, an open position, an incomplete identity check and a transfer already sent to a provider are different issues. The amount alone does not identify the cause.
Minimum, methods and verification
The current withdrawal guide lists a $10 minimum and bank transfer, debit card and Venmo as supported methods. Check the methods actually presented in your account when submitting a request.
The same guide says deposited funds have no playthrough requirement. That does not remove deposit clearing, identity verification or funds tied up in open/unsettled positions. Review your available balance and Portfolio before assuming a missing withdrawal amount is a fee.
Use Account → Withdraw to select the available amount and method, then review the confirmation details. Save the request reference, time and status so you can distinguish an unsubmitted request from a pending transfer.
What if the withdrawal says manual review?
Review is a routine check. Follow a specific account verification request if one appears; review status alone does not require extra documents.
The policy's support checkpoint is 48 hours without processing. Provider delivery is a separate stage.
Identify the pending stage before asking for help
- Deposit still processing: record its date, amount, payment method and current status.
- Funds held in positions: check the exact holdings and venue settlement records. An event result does not automatically establish available cash.
- Verification pending: follow the current account request through the official process.
- Withdrawal not processed: record the request time and whether manual review is shown.
- Processed but not received: check the provider status and any transfer reference before starting a second withdrawal.
A useful support note is specific:
My withdrawal request was submitted on [date and time] for [amount]
using [method]. The app currently shows [exact status].
The request reference is [reference].
Can you confirm the pending stage and the next step?
Use Novig's official support channel. The template asks for status clarification; it does not assume a compliance review failed or that a transfer was lost.
Current withdrawals differ from old sweepstakes redemptions
Older Novig articles may refer to Novig Cash or Coins. The current product uses a real-money account; read What is Novig? for the source-checked model change. An old redemption schedule or bonus playthrough statement may not describe the transaction you are making now.
Keep promotional-credit restrictions separate from deposited-fund withdrawal rules. The applicable award terms can answer a different question from the current withdrawal guide. For platform roles and account execution, see Novig vs Alphascope.
